Delivery & Returns Policy

UK, Scotland, Wales and N.Ireland

Postage within Mainland UK costs £5.99. This will be on a Tracked, Next Working Day Delivery. Any orders over £100.00 will automatically be given Free Next Working Day Postage except for canoes, kayaks, sit-on-tops and Stand Up paddleboards... 

UK Deliveries

Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed.

Whenever possible, goods will be despatched by DPD within 48 hours. We will always obtain a receipt as proof of posting.

In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the [product/gift] to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

Standard Delivery £30 Which Will Take 3 to 4 Working Days. Any larger items will need to be quoted after your purchase.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from when you receive your item to make us aware you wish to cancel the order and a further 14 days to return the item(s) to Endeavour Boardstore Ltd. in their original condition with the packaging and tags intact for a full refund.

Please bear in mind items that are "not wanted" or ordered in customer error (i.e. wrong size/colour) will be not be refunded postage costs.

When returning items please place a note inside the parcel(s), with your Name, Contact Number, Order Number, reason for the return (i.e. wrong size, not matching item description, etc.) and whether you wish for a refund or to exchange for a different item(s), Endeavour Boardstore Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays in regards to returns without this information enclosed.

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.
